The service

vendor.rip provides SaaS replaceability intelligence — Rip Scores, migration plans, and community data. The Rip Score and all recommendations are for informational purposes only. They are not financial, legal, or technical advice. You are responsible for validating any migration decisions for your own context.

Acceptable use

• Use the service for its intended purpose: understanding SaaS replaceability.
• Don't scrape, bulk-export, or resell our data.
• Don't attempt to manipulate Rip Scores or submit false outcome data.
• Don't use the service to harm the interests of third-party vendors.

Intellectual property

The vendor.rip brand, Rip Score methodology, and all content on this site are owned by Swentures UG. The open-source Agent Skills in the vendorrip/rip repository are licensed under MIT.

Data you submit

When you submit outcome data (actual build times, realised savings, gotchas), you grant vendor.rip a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that data in aggregated, anonymised form to improve Rip Scores and the community knowledge base. You will never be identified in public data without explicit consent.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We make no warranties about the accuracy of Rip Scores, savings estimates, or build time estimates. Migration projects carry inherent risk. Always run your own validation. vendor.rip is not liable for costs, losses, or damages arising from acting on information on this platform.

Changes to the service

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We'll give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid features.
